Career Guidance: what comes after PUC

A session for II PUC students and their parents on what the options actually are after the Arts stream, and what each one costs.

Speakers:

- Smt. Sunita Kamble, IAS-cadre officer, Karnataka Administrative Service, and an alumna of this college (batch of 1998) — on the KAS examination and what preparing for it really takes.
- Sri Shivaraj Biradar, Assistant Professor, Government First Grade College, Bhalki — on degree courses in the district and the admission process.
- The college scholarship cell — on what financial help exists for degree study and how to apply for it before, not after, the deadline.

There will be an hour for questions, which is the part that matters. Parents are strongly encouraged to come; most of the decisions being discussed are made at home rather than here.
